Timothy Leary, in the 1960's & 70's, was a psychologist and writer known for advocating psychedelic drug use while motivating young people to separate themselves from what he saw as a controlling, conforming American society. He coined and promoted the famous saying: "Turn On, Tune In and Drop Out". Today digital devices are taking over & conforming people's consciousness, robbing us simply from the act of living in the moment, so we say "tune out, turn off, drop in."
