HOTSHOT "TRUTTA" BLEMISH

ABOUT THE "TRUTTA" GRAPHIC:
Dan Burr is an artist from Tetonia Idaho who grew up painting, following in his father's footsteps. He's spent his 28 year career as an illustrator, previously working with oil on canvas. However like many artists, he's recently explored and perfected digital art to achieve the same texture, realism, and attention to detail as he previously achieved with a brush.

His artwork on the base of this ski was inspired by a fishing trip with his son who was pulling them out of the water like crazy that day! Dan took some close photos of the beautiful fall brown trout. He later sketched and digitally painted the image you see on the base.

He's been skiing since age 5 so it was really special for him to be able to collaborate with us to create his own actual ski graphic. Dan says, "Painting is what I do; it comes as natural to me as walking. I am very grateful for the ability to paint and create images that mean something to the viewer."

ABOUT FACTORY BLEMISH SKIS:
Blemish skis are brand new, however have a cosmetic defect in the graphic for example a small part of the top or base graphic is slightly off center or there is a gentle scuff that happened during handling at the factory. These cosmetic blemishes have no effect on the ski's performance or durability and most of the time you won't even be able to see the graphic defect. Sorry but I can NOT find out what the specific blemish is on a particular ski, it would be too time consuming, you likely won't even notice it yourself.

• Prodeal discounts can not be used for purchase of this product because I'd lose money selling you these skis and go out of business thus not be able to make skiing great again leading to the demise of the sport thus ski resorts shutting down and replaced by coal mines that create dirty energy spewing too much pollution into the air leading to the eventual self extinction of the human race.
